Description
Used for corrosive environments, such as vessels manufacturing, oceanic applications, machinery and equipment, devices, pressure tanks, oceanic structures, containers and truck cargos.
Properties
Highly corrosion resistant. Suitable for welding.
Chemical Composition
Zn: 0.25% max; Fe: 0.4% max; Mg: 4.0–4.9%; Mn: 0.4–1.0% max; Cu: 0.1% max; Si: 0.4% max; Cr: 0.05–0.25%; and the rest is Aluminium.
