Chinese Professional Grinding Stainless Steel Sheet - 304 Stainless Steel Wire (SS 304 Wire) – Cepheus

304 Stainless Steel Wire

304 is the most widely used stainless steel and is almost well known to all over the world. 304 stainless steel wire has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and mechanical properties in the atmosphere, and is widely used in industry, decoration industry, food and medical industry. Hightop stainless steel wire diameter range is 0.002-0.125″ (0.05-3.2 mm), accord with ASTM A580 and ASTM A478, mainly used for woven mesh, binding wire and other purposes.

Annealed SS 304 Wire

Hightop 304 annealed stainless steel wire is mainly used for stainless steel fine mesh and wire binding, tensile strength is up to 700 MPa (100,000 psi).

Cold Drawn SS 304 Wire

Hightop 304 cold drawn stainless steel wire is mainly used for coarse mesh, welded wire mesh, tensile strength is 830-1030 MPa (120,000 – 150,000 psi). For spring applications, the tensile strength is shown as follows:
