Stainless Steel Channel Bar


Stainless steel channel bar can be manufactured by hot rolled or laser fused technique or bending plate.

The maximum size we manufacture is up to 60mm x 120mm x 7mm by hot rolled. For size over 120mm, we can adopt advanced laser fused and press bending technique.

These stainless steel channel bar have a dull gray mill finish. It has merits of high strength, toughness, corrosion-resistance and easy sanitizing properties.

They are widely used in a large variety of industries, such as tracks, holders, supports, reinforcement, shipping building, etc.

Wuxi Cepheus supplies SS channels mainly in 304/304L, 316/316L, 310/S, Duplex 2205. All stainless channels can be cut to size according to customer’s specified requirement.

To all customers who purchase from Wuxi Cepheus, we provide them inspection service for free, including PMI testing and UT Testing.

Note A: Channel depth is measured at back of web.
Note B: For channel 15.50mm and under in depth, the out-of-square tolerance is 2.00 mm/mm of depth. Out-of-squareness is determined by placing a square against the bottom surface of the web and measuring the amount of toe-in or toe-out of either flange. Measurements for depth of section and width of flanges are over-all.
